Warranty Policy
The Legal Warranty, provided for in the Consumer Defense Code, is 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and defects in the purchased product. If it is not possible to repair the product, the customer may choose, among the options provided for in the first paragraph of article 18 of Law No. 8.078/1990, to opt for the replacement of the good or the proportional reduction.
Peppy's Warranty is valid for 3 months, from the date of purchase, and covers any defects that refer to technical manufacturing aspects.
The Peppy Guarantee ensures
- For free, the maintenance of your jewelry, covering cleaning, polishing and adjustments of claws that hold stones by wire, carved stones or any manufacturing defect. Remember that to be approved the product needs to be evaluated by our production team.
- The setting of stones, provided that the originals accompany the jewelry and after evaluation of the technical assistance. In case of replacement, there will be a cost.
- Rhodium and gold plating in all products, upon payment of the respective fee, with prior approval of the budget by the customer.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE: It is essential to present the Warranty Certificate to carry out any maintenance or repair service.
Important
Products that are out of warranty conditions, when subject to adjustments and/or repairs, may be repaired upon payment of the respective fee, with prior approval of the budget by the customer. EXCLUDED FROM THE ABOVE WARRANTIES damages resulting from falls, improper use, accidents of any nature and contact with chemical agents that may cause damage to the materials of your jewelry.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully read the rules below, regarding the special care needed with your jewelry. The exchange policy complies with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
Special cares
Jewelry can be damaged by chemicals, soaps, strong blows or intense friction. Avoid sleeping in your jewelry, wearing them in household chores, swimming in the pool and the sea, and remove the rings when washing your hands.
Stones and metals have different degrees of hardness and can scratch. Store these jewelry separately and be careful of jewelry coming into contact with other objects when wearing it.
Regularly check fasteners, clips, screws and similar systems.
18k Yellow Gold
Gold plating in jewelry wears off over time and this is considered a natural wear and tear, not a defect. Do not expose your jewelry to chemicals and remove them before bathing, entering the pool or the sea. Avoid contact of gold-plated jewelry with makeup, creams, perfumes or lotions.
The gold finish is temporary and its maintenance is guaranteed by Peppy upon payment of a fee for all products.
