At Peppy Design, we want to give customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. This experience will keep them coming back to our store. Therefore, we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent. See the complete list below and if you can't find the information you're looking for, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Exchange, Return or Refund Policies

Peppy Design expects you to be satisfied with your purchase, otherwise you can exchange according to the rules below:

 

1) All procedures involving exchange or return of a product must be done via email  contato@peppydesign.com.br, with the order number, customer name and the reason for the exchange/return.

2) Exchanges or returns must be requested within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of your order. Outside this period we do not accept exchanges or returns.

​

3) To request the exchange or return of products, it is first necessary to verify that the delivery period of the post office has been completed.

​

4) The pieces will only be accepted if returned intact, that is, without being washed and used, without stains, without odors and without alterations made by the customer.

​

5) In case of product return, you can opt for a credit (validity to be agreed) to be used or for a refund of the value of the product(s).

Deadline

Our pieces are handmade, so we ask for a period of 4-6 weeks to make them. If you have any urgency in the order, contact us via email contato@peppydesign.com.br or by our Whatsapp: +55 21 97125-4403.

Our delivery time varies and is calculated according to the zip code indicated in the cart and the shipping option chosen at checkout. The indicated period will start counting from up to 3 business days following confirmation that your order has been completed and is ready for shipment. THE  count will always be on business days. The tracking code for your order will be sent to your email address. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We recommend that you check the status of your order. If the delivery is not completed, there will be two attempts in a row. The product will be returned if delivery attempts fail.  

​

Deliveries will be made by Correios and the customer can choose the Sedex or Pac delivery method according to the availability of that respective service regarding the delivery location. If the customer resides in the city of São Paulo, we can provide the service of an outsourced carrier, value to be agreed.

​

When your order is shipped you will receive the tracking code by email. With this code, you can access the Correios website and track the delivery.

Shipping

The value of the freight will be charged according to the place of delivery and the quantity of items of your purchase, according to the table of values already established by the Post Office.

Attention: When filling in the delivery address of your purchase, please verify that all data are correct. Peppy Design is not responsible for incorrect data placed by the customer in their registration.

Payment methods

We offer payment options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Manual Payment.

Credit card:

Main brands (VISA, MASTERCARD, ELO and AMEX).

The data entered in our system are properly protected under a security system where your card data is entered directly into the system of the Credit Card Administrator or bank institution that makes the release. If there is any problem and/or discrepancy in the information, the payment will not be approved and we will send an email informing you about it. Always check if your registration is up to date to avoid inconvenience with payment approval.

The payment in installments varies according to the product in question.

The prices shown do not include possible fees that may be charged by credit card companies or banks, for example in the case of payments in installments.
